Your Balloon Care Guide

Handle with care to keep the magic floating!
The Golden Rules

The Golden Rules

  • Temperature Matters: Balloons love “room temperature.” Extreme heat can cause them to expand and pop, while cold air can make them look deflated. Avoid leaving them in a hot car!
  • Sun & Wind: Direct sunlight can make latex balloons look “velvety” or matte and can weaken the material. Keep them indoors and away from sharp objects or breezy doorways.
  • Pet & Kid Safety: Balloons are for decoration, not play. Please keep them away from children and pets.

Safety First

  • Choking Hazard: Broken or uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard. Dispose of any popped pieces immediately.
  • Don’t Let Go: Please dispose of balloons properly in a trash bin. Never release balloons into the sky—it’s tough on the environment and local wildlife.

1. Acceptance of Goods

The Client agrees that upon delivery or pickup, they will inspect the balloon arrangement. Acceptance of the arrangement is an acknowledgment that the decor is in satisfactory condition. Bonjour Balloons’s responsibility for the condition of the balloons ends once the items are in the Client’s possession or have been successfully installed at the venue.

2. Environmental Factors & Lifespan

Balloons are temporary items and are highly sensitive to their environment. The Client understands that:

  • Outdoor decor is subject to weather conditions (wind, heat, humidity, rain) and may pop or deflate.
  • Direct sunlight can cause latex balloons to oxidize (turn cloudy) or expand and pop.
  • Bonjour Balloons is not liable for any changes in appearance or structural integrity due to environmental factors after the handover.

3.Safety & Choking Hazard

  • Warning: Balloons and balloon fragments are a significant choking hazard. Do not leave children or pets unattended with balloons.
  • Small Parts: Clients are responsible for ensuring that no person (especially children under 18 years of age) ingests balloon material, ribbons, or small plastic clips.
  • Proper Disposal: Broken balloons should be discarded immediately to prevent accidents.

4.Cancellations

We understand life happens! We’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.

5.Release of Liability

The Client releases Bonjour Balloons from any and all liability for injuries, property damage, or accidents occurring after the delivery/pickup of the balloon decor. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by popping, falling structures, or improper handling by the Client or their guests.

Once these balloons are in your hands, our job is done! Bonjour Balloons is not responsible for any damage, pops, or accidents that occur after pickup or delivery.
